This Shiitake mushroom recipe might suit your taste

2-3 fresh Shiitake mushrooms
2 stick of celery
A red pepper
Condiments: Oil, salt, oyster sauce and starch

Cooking directions:
1.Trim the celery, rinse off and then cut into 2-cm segments.
2.Remove the bottom portion of Shiitake mushroom and discard, rinse caps off before slicing up.
3.Go seed of the red pepper and cut into pieces or slices.
4.In a hot wok, add oil, when hot, add sliced Shiitake mushrooms and frequently stir-fry till soft.
5.Combine with celery segments, red pepper pieces and go on the flame for 2-3 minutes.
6.Season to taste with a pinch of salt, a spoonful of oyster sauce. And, thicken it with the mixture of water and starch if you like. Serve and enjoy.
