The issues are related to cultivation data and production performance, and the communication with and training of staff of mushroom farms and suppliers. Growers are motivated to continue, in cooperation with colleagues, suppliers or knowledge institutions, in knowledge development and practical innovation on their business. There is room for presenting innovations in the sector.

Niek de Ligt, trainer within Delphy Mushrooms: "In the coming years, the changes within the farms will accelerate. Hooking up is therefore a necessity for cultivation companies and its suppliers. That's why we started this year with the "Champignons, de toekomst" course. This course will help both employees in the primary sector as well as in the periphery for a promising future."

Recently, in mushroom base of Pingba Village, Guizhou Province of China, over 10 workers have been engaged with the construction work of steel-skeleton mushroom greenhouses, which shows a busy scene. According to know, Wanjiacheng Company annually produces 18,000 tons of Button mushrooms while gaining 300 million CNY of annual output value, now, it is one of industrialized Button mushroom workshops that carry large scale in Jiangxi Province of China. Recent days, about 30 mu of Bamboo fungi in moon lake ecological garden of Huairou District, Beijing of China is growing well and coming to picking season. Bamboo fungi originally grew in Yunnan Province and Guizhou Province of China, climatic and soil conditions were rather harsh in the past. In 2012, the owner of the garden launched trial cultivation of the first batch of Bamboo fungi, after 3 years of arduous cultivation, fruitful results were eventually obtained. Now, the present market price of fresh Bamboo fungus is at 400 CNY per kg while dried Bamboo fungus is at 1600 CNY per kg. In virtues of difficulty-overcoming on cultivation technology, and proper cultivation management, by the end of 2017, the estimated gross output on fresh Bamboo fungus could reach 25,000 kg in the garden, output value is expected to obtain 10 million CNY or so. Recently, Mr. Hou, the village cadre of Caogong Village, Shanxi Province of China is arduously passing on picking technology of Shiitake for villagers. According to know, after the graduation, Mr. Hou successively raised 550,000 CNY on establishment of mushroom cooperative and started to lead villagers to engage with Shiitake cultivation. Up to now, 12 Shiitake greenhouses have been built in the cooperative, annual Shiitake output comes to 60,000 sticks, annual output on fresh and dried Shiitake respectively adds up to 60 tons and 1 tons, which indicates considerable benefits.
