A handful of Oyster mushrooms
Moderate flour, starch
Condiments: Salt, pepper powder, vegetable oil
1. Remove the base of Oyster mushroom and rinse mushrooms off, then drain off excessive moisture and tear them into strips.
2. In a bowl, prepare a paste with the mixture of flour, starch, eggs and combine with a pinch of salt and pepper powder to taste.
3. In a skillet, add moderate hot oil, once hot, drop in mushrooms dressed with paste and fry till golden. Enjoy.
