Tapping into Reishi mushroom growing to harvest handsome results

On September 18, in Reishi mushroom garden which lies in Duanjiawu Village, Renqiu City, Hebei Province of China, two principals are carefully observing the growth condition of Reishi mushroom.
“In 2014, we quitted the job and returned to our hometown for Reishi mushroom cropping,” said Mr. Han Zinan, the older principal warmly, going on that Reishi mushroom is known as Ganoderma and it carries high medicinal value. Ganoderma bonsais have also become the preferred decoration in top-grade sitting room, office and hotel by virtues of unique, classic, artistic design and profound artistic connotation.
The road of entrepreneurship wasn’t go off smoothly. In initial stage, due to lack of cultivation experience, the two brothers suffered from a big hit in trial cropping. However, they were undaunted, through repeated investigation to Tianjin, Shandong, Jiangsu and other provinces and regions in China, they gradually mastered the growing technology of Reishi mushroom and opened up marketing channels. Nowadays, the base covers over 30 mu of area and absorbs 8 greenhouses, annual output on Reishi mushroom comes to 100,000 plants and annual output value hits nearly 2 million CNY.
